Listing Rules

These rules keep listings truthful, convenient and safe for owners and renters alike. A listing that breaks them may be declined, edited or removed.

1. One listing, one item. Do not combine several different items in one listing, and do not post several identical listings for the same item.
2. Choose the right category. A listing in the wrong category may be moved or declined.
3. Describe the item truthfully and in detail: condition, what is included, flaws. The price and deposit must match reality; a deceptively low price that does not reflect the real rental terms is not allowed.
4. The title and description must not contain a phone number, email, website or social media address. Contacts go in the fields provided: personal contacts are shown after a booking request, while a company's published contacts are public on its page.
5. Do not use ALL CAPS, excess punctuation or words like "urgent", and do not write Armenian words in Latin letters.
6. Links to external websites are not allowed in the listing text. Use the field provided for video.
7. Keep the listing up to date. If the item is no longer available, remove or update the listing.

1. Photos must show this very item in its real condition. Use your own photos: other people's photos, or catalogue and internet images, are not allowed without permission.
2. Photos must not contain logos, watermarks, advertising text, contact details or notes like "Urgent".
3. Photos must not show other people without their consent, nor personal documents or data.

1. One person, one account. Do not open several accounts, or hand over or sell an account to someone else.
2. Companies, agencies and businesses post listings through a company account, not a personal one. Company staff work in the company's team, each with their own account and role.
3. When you list an item that belongs to another person or company, you need the owner's consent.

Do not manipulate how the Site ranks and shows listings by:

1. deleting a listing and reposting it to move up
2. adding unrelated keywords to the text or title to appear in search
3. posting listings for the same item from different emails or phone numbers
4. publishing an item that does not exist or is not offered for rent
5. "swapping" a listing for a different item after receiving bookings
6. writing fake reviews or trading ratings

Do not post listings concerning:

1. items and services prohibited by the law of the Republic of Armenia or requiring special permission: weapons, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, stolen or counterfeit items
2. items that infringe others' rights (pirated or counterfeit goods)
3. medicines, tobacco and vapes; in the Medical category only equipment and accessories meant for rental are allowed
4. erotic or offensive content, discrimination, or incitement to violence or hatred
5. selling accounts, sets or services, and deception: "quick money", dubious financial offers, network marketing
6. viruses, malware or phishing links

Moderators may review listings and reviews, edit a listing or move it to the right category, decline or remove it, and limit a user's abilities. If your listing is declined, you can fix it and send it again.

Users can report a listing or review with the button provided. Moderators review reports. Accounts that break the rules deliberately and repeatedly are blocked for a long time or permanently.
